● The Lead Pastor will ensure that he and the pastoral staff work together to provide  effective, engaging Biblical preaching and teaching in all environments at Grabill  Missionary Church.
● The Lead Pastor will demonstrate the ability to maintain, and a desire to have healthy and  caring relationships with the Grabill and surrounding communities, the various groups  present in the church, the Staff, the Elder Board, and their own family. [I Timothy 3:1-13;  Titus 1:6-9]
● The Lead Pastor will be responsible to work together with the staff to create, build, and  implement a community-wide intentional process of every-member discipleship and  spiritual maturity.  
● The Lead Pastor will work together with the Elder Board and Staff in a way that reflects the  values of Grabill Missionary Church relationally to provide effective administrative,  communication, and financial leadership.
